Damp survey or investigation

Customer description

We have just moved into a property which has a utility room with damp issues. We are not sure where the issue stems from and we would like to find somebody who can investigate, locate the source of the issue, fix it and make the room useable again. Separately, we have been told there is penetrative damp in another room, but we can't locate it. It would be good to get another opinion on this.

Richard (Omer) was really friendly and responsive in his communication and always turned up when he said he would. We did think some of his quotes were a bit on the more expensive side, but he seemed knowledgeable and we were overall very pleased with the quality of his work. We found that he was respectful and tidy and he was able to fit our work in around other work he had, which was great for timings.
