Hello, I need a single roof tile replacing on the rear of the house. Access is good as there is a flat roof. Missing tile is half way up so it will need a roof ladder to access the roof. Standard semi house two storey. I have replacement tiles so it’s a quick 10 minute replacement. Stourbridge Thanks Tom
