Customer description

I am ready to hire now.

There are a few items that need to be attended to, these are listed below.

(1) Secure kitchen tap, it is wobbly and loose. I have tried to tighten the screw from underneath, It is then good for a few days and loosens again. Needs a more permanent fix.

(2) Middle floor toilet, the flush button needs replacing.

(3) Top floor toilet, there is a small quantity of water constantly seeping into the toilet bowl.

(4) identify and resolve the cause of water stains/marks on the ground floor ceiling. Likely to be mid-floor toilet. Maybe the seals have worn out, or cracks in the grout (purely my guess).

(5) identify and resolve the cause of water stains/marks on the middle floor ceiling. Likely to be top-floor toilet. Maybe the seals have worn out, or cracks in the grout (purely my guess).
