Customer description

I have a Vaillant ecoTec plus 831. The bolier is due its annual service and a fault f.22, "safety switch-off: low pressure" which the user manual tells me is: 'no or low water pressure in boiler; water pressure sensor defective, cable pump or water pressure sensor loose/not connected/defective. Hot water is working - need a gas safe/vaillant engineer qualified plumber ASAP! Thx N17 area
