Replace roofing felt on three flat roofs and replace wooden fascia boards with UPVC

Total area of three roofs 173 square metres 19m x 8m + 3.7m x 1.7m 3.3m x 2.5m 3.5m x 1.7m

Total length of 12 fascia boards 62 metres

I will remove all guttering and refit after completion.

All roofs are single-storey with easy access, photos available on request

All debris to be removed from site

Please also quote an hourly rate as additional work may be required to replace any rotted roof boards but no major leaks evident.
