Customer description

I have a garage, separate to my house, which I am looking to convert into an out-building. Aspects that would need to be done (which I can think off but would also need guidance if I'm missing anything) are:

Ceiling: current is beams but would want a proper ceiling with LED lighting to be put in place. If possible to incorporate a sky-light this would be good.

Walls: current is brick but would want insulation and plasterboard.

Electrics: there is current electrical points and would need some additional points to be installed.

Garage Door: Externally this would be no change. Internally would want a wall to be installed so looks better.

Entrance/Exit to garden: current there is none and this is a brick wall. Would like to introduce a bi-folding door.
