Customer description

1. Build new shower room in oak framed studio. Stud wall required, water and foul drain in situ already, pocket door, lighting, underfloor heating and shower fan together with electric shower and electric under sink heater. Shower wall, decoration and tiled floor. Dimensions 2700 x 2400 room size.

2. Refurbish existing bathroom. a. relocate white appliances to hall recessed cupboard, small amount of stud work and doors to be fitted. External drain extension and cold water feed from loft, move electrical plug and redecorate wall.

b. rip out existing bathroom. c. remove one wall to gain access for new 80x80 shower. d. replaster doorway from utility cupboard to make enclosure for shower and redecorate. e. hang shower door f. shower fed from above with pump (existing) g. rehang bathroom door and redecorate h. redecorate bathroom ceiling. i. move lightswitch and add dimmer j. relocate bath, toilet and sink k. underfloor heating pad required. l. shaver socket required. m. heated towel rail required. n.tile walls and floors Room dimension 2700 x 1600 plus shower cubicle 80x80

Remove one bedroom radiator, replace 1000m skirting and redecorate. Replace two radiators (bedroom and hallway)

Move 2 x stopcock pipes in downstairs hall (rotate and fit access panel) and redecorate. Fit 2m skirting to hallway and repair oak flooring.
