Repair Fascias on front of terraced house.

The wood fascia board at the end of my terraced house and going onto my neighbours has rotted a foot either side of the joint. I want to get a quote to repair with plastic fascia. I would need the quote split for my repair and the work for my neighbour. I'll commission the work and pay, then collect payment from my neighbour for his share.
