Sean was excellent, he explained everything from the outset. The quote was also excellent compared to others. Damp is always very worrying. I knew some re-pointing was needed, but I thought the chimney might also be at fault. Sean and his colleague did a great job with the pointing, made repairs to the chimney, checked roof tiles and painted the barge boards, all for a very reasonable price. In addition, free of charge, they also fixed some loose bricks at the front and the back of the house, which was really nice of them. Sean made sure the scaffolding came down quickly. He is such a nice guy and is obviously really keen to have happy customers. I am very pleased and would definitely use again.
