Convert current dining room with attached conservatory into single extension, with pitched roof, 2x velux windows, new kitchen window, underfloor heating, fitting new kitchen, and composite decking outside, with appropriate gutters, tiling of kitchen and laying new composite floor, including electrics, plastering, and plumbing. Remove window in bedroom and brick up. Remove old kitchen and make good existing walls with new electrical points. Materials to be provided, removal of old materials. Organising of skip
