I have three outdoor taps that need checking and tightening. One is not working and the other two are working but leak when opened.

I also have three internal taps that need checking and tightening, and for one of them potentially replacing the hose connector as the tap moves around alot and is difficult to close completely

Finally I have one mixer tap in the utility room that needs replacing

I also have a kitchen sink that is not draining properly from time to time and has an unpleasant smell coming up the pipe every so often. There is an 'insinkerator' installed which may be part of the issue. I would like someone to have a look and see what needs to be done.
