Replacement shower tray/floor needed as current one is damaged around the drain unit (see pictures). This is similar to a wet room shower, but you step up into it (I believe this was done so that the drain unit could fit underneath instead of installing it underneath the floor). I have no preference as to whether this is repaired with a recessed tray or a levelled floor.
