CREATE A NEW KITCHEN DINER AND DAYROOM SPACE WITHIN A RECTANGLE SHAPED ROOM.

1.lift laminate flooring as required remove brick wall between current kitchen & dining room install 152x89x16.UB steel, wall is supporting 1st floor joists only Structural Survey & report completed & available the wall has a single doorway in place various electrical wiring to make safe, remove plaster coving from dining room ceiling/wall. 2. remove doorway between kitchen & hallway fill in space boarding and make good plasterwork etc 3. remove 1 radiator from kitchen and remove 1 radiator from hallway make good pipework. 4. option to purchase kitchen units via your trade agreements/outlets. 5. remove existing kitchen units and floor tiling/laminate flooring, all wall tiling skirting etc. 6. potential to reposition mains water pipe/stop-tap 7. design layout & install new kitchen units, built in white goods (gas, electric, plumbing) etc in different location to old kitchen. 8. remove old ceiling spotlights repair/cover ceiling cavities, install new ceiling spotlighting in new positions as per the redesigned room/paster skim etc 9. reposition, light switches, plug sockets etc as per the new room layout. 10. remove all associated site debris 11. replace flooring as much as is possible
