James and his apprentice fitted a new boiler for me after providing a quote. When James quoted for the job he was very thorough and explained everything to me and described the work he would have to do. I felt confident that he was both honest and reasonable. His quote was very competitive, in fact it was over £2500 less than one quote I received. After providing a quote James started work within a week. I am very pleased with James's work - he did more than was included in his quote but didn't charge me anything extra. The work was very neat and they cleaned up before leaving and gave me a thorough explanation of how the boiler worked and assured me that I could call any time if there was any problem or if I didn't understand anything. I am happy to say that I haven't had any problems and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending James.
