• Damp survey or investigation

Customer description

I have just moved into a home and there is damp coming through a wall that joins a side garage (the garage isn't mine). I'm not sure what is causing the damp to come through. It will need to be investigated and fixed. There's 2 spots on the same stretch of wall where it's coming through. There is also a bit of damp on an external wall near the rear of the property. This looks like it could be coming from damaged pointing as the damp is only in the middle of the wall. I will investigate as well but need someone who knows what they're doing.
