Missing/damaged tile/s, near chimney. Chimney might need retopping/patching too. Difficult to assess damage from the ground, partner has been into the loft space and said "theres a couple of holes" damp bedroom wall and wall below it, water might be travelling down the rafters. Have some roof tiles, not sure if right ones.
