Feedback for DAS JOINERY

I have hired Douglas to do structural changes involving taking down load bearing walls and adding steel and concrete lentils to a flat in a listed building to convert from single to double bedroom. Right from the quotation stage Douglas exhibited having good knowledge of the what’s involved and it was apparent he and his team are experienced builders. Douglas also identified few omissions in the structural drawings which he took ownership and rectified with the structural engineer and architect which was impressive.
He also suggested few changes to the proposed layout and ideas that would utilise the space more efficiently. He kept the work space clear of rubbish and safe.
Overall I found douglas and his team very experienced, creative, organised and good communicator. I am very pleased with his work and have hired him for the next phases of the project too, and would hire him again for my next project:)
