Customer description

An old Cornish chimney with slate capping has been home to rooks for many years and now let's rain in. The stonework needs repointing, perhaps stabilising, and painting. The old Cornish slate cap needs to be retained (to match adjacent chimneys) but with suitable weather protection and a strong barrier to keep the birds out. There is also a single slate on a new kitchen roof that needs replacing. Thank you.
