Customer description

Looking to replace a poorly fitted roof on my parents garage. It is a tiled roof sloping upwards to the side of the house. Water is leaking down the side of the wall (not wall of house). Appears to be no drainage from the guttering so is overflowing inside of wall. My dad made the mistake of asking a “a nice bloke who came to the door” to fix it who has made a right mess. Looking for a honest experienced and knowledgable roofer to put things right.

Alex and his team came to the rescue of my 90 year old dad who had been ripped off by a con artist builder. They were respectful of my dads age, repaired my dads garage roof and stopped it from leaking when it rained, which involved stripping and re laying the roof tiles, repairing leading and broken tiles, cementing, fixing guttering and laying a new membrane under the tiles. Excellent communication throughout, reasonable quote and I was happy with the results, they also cleaned up when they finished. Recommended. A+
