Cap over all existing soffits, fascias in standard white uPVC and replace all guttering (undecided on colour and shape at present) and soffits above front door.

none of the area deemed difficult to access

approximate length of facias/soffits on all 3 sides of house is 14 meters

same for guttering with 2 down pipes.
