Customer description

I have a detached garage that I would like to convert into a Jewellery workshop with good lighting and warm enough to work in all year round. I own the property. The roof may need re-felting. A new side door, window and french doors need to be fitted. The french doors will replace the garage door so will need extra brickwork. An Arco drain needs to be installed just in front of the french doors, as rainwater has a tendency to build up on the concrete at the front of the garage. The electrics also need replacing.
