Customer description

I have a number of mini plumbing issues to be resolved in my flat.

1. The toilet doesn't flush very well, appears to be a problem with the ball float valve. Sometimes the cistern does not refill unless you press the button vigorously multiple times. I would like a plumber to fix the flushing problem.

2. The bathroom shower taps appear to be worn and don't shut properly. These may require replacement. I would like the plumber to verify if it can be fixed or if not, replace the tap.
