3 bed semi detached house - property has been refurbished and I am now trying to sell however buyers are not able to get a mortgage because the property has spray foam insulation installed on the underside of the roof. We have tried to remove this however it is very time consuming and expensive and may damage the roof anyway. Although the roof looks in reasonable condition we are looking for quotes to replace the roof so that the spray foam insulation is also removed.
