• Extension: Basic outline plans (for quotes and planning application)

Customer description

I am seeking someone to complete plans and submit to LA for approval. This is likely to be a single-storey rear extension with internal relocation of bathroom and kitchen and upstairs bathroom. However, potentially a 2-storey rear plan would be ideal - but note the area is conservation area with only 2x two storey extensions on the estate at present visible from the public highway. The house is a 2-bed 57m2 end of terrace- please highlight if you have worked on similar as experience with this estate and the area will be appreciated.
