Customer description

Hi. I live in Poynton and we have a traditional 3 bedroom semi detached house (60s). We have an attached garage which is probably 6-7 metres long and around 3 metres wide we'd like to convert into a living space with velux windows (pitched roof) the door bricking up and a window and a partition wall to turn the back of the garage into a small utility room.

There is an existing door from the kitchen, the outside walls are single thickness bricks and the floor is lower than the house so will need raising.
