Customer description

It a 6x4m single story extension with a bifold door and roof light. There will also be an opening made from the remaining back wall to have another bifold door 90 degrees from the bifold on the extension with a small pillar separating. I have architectural drawings and they have been submitted to the council and a structural engineer ready following collecting quotes from builders to understand the budget requirements. The room will require replumbing as the current kitchen will be relocated as well as redoing the electrical connections.
