Customer description
Under the bath has had a minor leak for some time now. It appears to be the seal around the bath from what I can see.
Noticed some of the wood underneath the bath is damp and occasionally drips through the ceiling below.
Ideally I would like someone experienced enough who can both solve the leak and advise if the floor underneath it is safe and not rotten.
