James visited and inspected the work and sent a written quotation, we agree a few days later to go we Creative Contracts and they turn up promptly on site and started work. They work diligently throughout and did not expect to be topped up with tea while they were working ( we had experience of other workmen doing this) they completed and clean up as much as possible. I made a payment by cheque and as soon as it was cleared the guarantee was delivered to me. They acted professionally throughout.
