Customer description

Been having problems with my flat roof for 6 months now and problem has still not been resolved despite repair work having been done by two different roofers. Water still dripping from the boards above the ceiling despite no rain for a few days. I believe the boards above the ceiling and below the top roof layer need replacing. I have pictures and videos of the leak which may be able to help see what the problem is. Based in Halesowen and the house is 3 stories. Thanks.
