Customer description

I had a water leak in the bathroom above the kitchen which is now fixed. Although it stained the kitchen ceiling it has now dried. Unfortunately there is a stink coming into the bathroom so I am assuming any remaining water is stagnant or there is mould from where the water was. I would like someone to take down half the kitchen ceiling to find the cause, do any remedial work required, and replace ceiling.
