Replace like for like hot water cylinder. Rationalise pipe work in airing cupboard. Airing cupboard is quite narrow. Possibly source and fit new power shower pump. New mains stop cock required. Possibly replace ball cock in water tank and central heating expansion tank. Check water pump, last time replaced it was full of gunge, so possible Poweflush also.

Wife in the very vulnerable group, so we will stay offsite for a few days while work is done.
