I am in the process of buying a house. Homebuyers survey revealed damp to original rear elevation of the property. Estate agents sent in a company they routinely use for damp issues. They issued a report indicating damp at the front of the property, and associated costs to rectify, however there was no mention of damp at the rear of the property. I am left feeling unconfident and would like a 2nd opinion as to ANY damp in the property.
