Even with the threat of poor weather, which did come on the last day; Mark and his team, worked steadily through the preparation and final re-pointing of the front of the property. The finished article makes the house look fresh and clean and the areas that we were concerned about are now nicely fixed and sealed making us worry free. The job was also completed 1 day earlier than expected.
We would definitely give Payne and Lyttle Construction a call if required for other building works and would recommend anyone to consider a quotation from them.
