Customer description

Part of the garage is used as utility area housing washing machine,tumble dryer and fridge freezer. The floor level is raise by 100 mm using joists t&g boards and laminated flooring. There seems to be dampness problem, which means every couple of years we need to replace all joists and floor boards. So need help to resolve this problem
