Redecorating a two-bedroom maisonette - Painting & Decorating job in Chigwell, Essex

Customer description

1st bedroom (3.6m x 3m): walls and ceiling repainted; some settlement cracks require smoothing; woodwork (including dado rail, skirting boards and door) stripped and painted; coving to be fitted to top of wall and painted.

2nd bedroom (3m x 3.2m): walls and ceiling repainted; woodwork stripped and painted (no dado rail).

Living room (5m x 3.5m): walls repainted, with some cracks smoothed over; ceiling painted; woodwork stripped and painted (including dado rail and fireplace).

Hall, landing and stairs: walls repainted; ceiling repainted; woodwork stripped and painted (including dado rail).

Kitchen: walls and ceiling repainted; woodwork stripped and painted (no dado rail).

Our house is a first-floor maisonette with a private entrance and garden.

We can be flexible with the time but preferably from end of July to end of August.
