Hello,

I have two outbuildings made from breeze blocks and PVC panels in my back garden that I would like to have demolished. One is approx 3m x 3m and the other is approx 1.5m x 1.5m. They are joined and so share a wall.

I would like to have the buildings demolished and removed but to ideally retain the back wall of both and the side wall of the 1.5m x 1.5m part because they run along our boundary. I'm hoping they can serve as a garden wall for us rather than having to put up new fencing.

In addition to this, I would also like to have a patio removed. The patioed area is about 6m x 2m but it has been laid on top of some crazy paving which I would also like removed at the same time.

The access to the back garden is along the side path of our house and there is a lean-to across this path that is gated and so large machinery may not be easily brought into the garden.

Any skip that was needed would have to be on the road as we do not have a driveway.
