Scott was very quick to call and arrived a couple of hours later. Advised that previous installer had not made it easy to access the issue but still rectified the leak very quickly and repositioned the flexible piping to ensure easier access if required in future. Also offered to give advice via WhatsApp or video calls for any future small issues that I might be able to sort myself. Price as expected for small job and 1 hour minimum call out. Will definitely use again.
