• New patio (size between 30m² and 40m²)

Customer description

The task is to remove an existing F shaped patio and extend it by 1m away from the house. To lay new patio tiles (which we will source and buy).

There are 3 circular manhole covers that will also need replacing (with slab filled ones).

I am looking for rough costs at this stage for labour and materials (excluding the tiles which we will source ourselves).

The area to be tiled is Approx 40 square metres.
