I would first of all like to thank Andrew and his team for the hard work they have put in building us a fine extension. We have finally had our rear/side extension for the kitchen completed after 10 months of build. We are very happy with the end result and we manged to achieve the outcome of a bright airy extension and won't be missing the old nasty conservatory we had. From first meeting Andrew and throughout the build he was very professional and courteous. We had difficult moments but he remained very calm and level-headed and was able to explain well. Quite a few changes to the specs were made and Andrew carried out the job as requested. Any issues he was willing to listen and solved the problems without complaining. His team of workers are also very courteous and hard-working. As others have mentioned they tidied the workplace at the end of the day which impressed. Any niggles were sorted out to satisfaction. The only issue I saw was the fact that the build took a long time, partly because of order-made windows and patio doors but because he was dealing with multiple sites. There were periods of extended inactivities which contributed to the prolonged build. What I would also suggest is that if the build is quite complex then I would ensure someone can project manage effectively as we did not really have a project manager as such which may have smoothed over the whole process. I don't think anyone will be disappointed asking Andrew and his team to work on their project.
