This is a basic maintenance job to mend leak to sink trap under kitchen sink that is dripping. sink drain hole will also need to be realigned in case not aligned correctly. possible new seal to ensure not source of leak. Need this done asap by plumber with a good stock of parts as guessing stores closed from tomorrow. can let you into property at your convenience as we are moving in on Thursday and need resolving before then. can send picture as required
