I need to install a narrow staircase, 11 steps, with balustrade and landing, to replace existing loft ladder. Bought the staircase on pearstairs.co.uk and would only need fitting and installation. Requires some structural work around existing stairwell, replace ceiling and wall joists, and fit the staircase in.
