Customer description

Our kitchen is being fitted by Room Sense between 6th - 9th April 2020. This does not include redecorating the adjoining dinning area or decorating the walls of the kitchen. I am the daughter of the owner and I am writing on their behalf.

The following needs to be done: *Remove old kitchen lights *Install new kitchen and Dining room lights *Plaster ceiling *Electrical re-wiring for the kitchen/dinning space *paint kitchen/dinning room walls *install kitchen door (if possible) *Mount TV to the wall *Remove dinning room arch (if possible) *Any other remedial work (upon inspection)

There shouldn't be any major structural change. The dinning room arch needs to be checked to see if it's a load baring wall (i personally don't think it is).

Tradesman needs to be a qualified electritian or can bring trades onsite, be able to work with Kitchen fitters to complete the job.

Kitchen fitters are: *Removing old kitchen *Removing wallpaper from entire room *fitting in new kitchen units *tiling floor section *install new cooker hood.

Work has to be done between 6th April and 9th April (inclusive).
