I am the owner of a 2 bed through by light mill house, a refurb was started 18 mths ago, but the property has not been left in a good state after doing a runner, and I require a full refurb. I'm not hoping for any structural work, but this can be discussed on quote. Kitchen [small] - full rework, electrics, plumbing [water leaks current + re do pipes for CH], walls, roof and lighting, additional discussion point re-access to cellar and extending kitchen facility to breakfast bar into living room. Living room + Entrance - General rework. Plaster boards , electrics, painting, lighting, chimney breast checked, Gas Fire access, Radiator re-config, laminate flooring may need replacing [due to water leak], Entrance reapportion? Front door reseal, locks changed. Stairs+Landing - Re-carpet?, Repaint, check plaster work, lighting, electrics. Bathroom and Bedrooms were started but discussion around changes [check chimney breast as there seems to be a new leak - hopefully not the roof], flooring, electrics, heating, boiler, and how much work, especially the bathroom would be needed. Exterior for pointing, and base of house, alley, patio and wall out front [and the bush/tree probably needs to go, these maybe a separate job]. Cellar, with possible clear out and/or brick up, again discussion. So Unfortunately, everything.
