Damp proofing, patio, retaining wall repair - Damp Proofing job in Barnet, Hertfordshire

Job description

A nearby leaking swimming pool has caused persistent flooding into our property (2 metres lower than source of water) for 6 months every year for 5 years. This has resulted in a breakdown of our damp course which has caused damp in our external/internal walls and ground floor. The internal rooms that show damp are the kitchen, conservatory, utility room and drawing room. We will need a new damp course injected into all of our side exterior wall (50 feet long) as well as into the interior walls, and the utility room floor and possibly the kitchen floor to be waterproofed.

Our patio flagstones have lifted and parted. Our rear patio requires all the slabs to be taken up, 100 mm of the top soil/hard core to be removed, new concrete bedding to be laid and the paving to be re-bedded. I do not know how to work out square metres so I am giving the measurements in stages: Part of the patio is 4.95 x 3.4 metres; another part 2.5 x 1.40m and the narrow part is 2.84 by 39 cm.

Our retaining wall, earth wall and sleeper wall also require repair as do the threshold sills to the conservatory and drawing room which have become partly rotten.
