The property in question is an older terraced house, approximately 120 years old. It has a Rising Damp issue within the ground floor area generally. The property, terraced, is the usual 'two up two down' type of property with a downstairs bathroom.

Added 20th February, 2020: -------------------------- Only apply for this job if the work can begin within 3 weeks preferably and absolute maximum begin by 18th March 2020. The work MUST be guaranteed once completed.
