Customer description

I am completely renovating a flat. The bathroom has been totally gutted and needs a new shower, sink and toilet to be re-fitted. Additional building work is needed in the bathroom (and the flat as a whole) including new shirts, new doors and ceiling replacement / re-plastering (to remove an artex finish). The walls will need re-plastering, and tiling on the walls behind the shower. There's an opportunity for the rest of the building work in the flat to be incorporated (ceiling, skirts and a kitchen re-fit), if this makes sense.
