• Repair water pipes

My upright Bathroom radiator has fallen off the wall and the water pipes are now bent so unable to put back up?

Added 8th February, 2020: ------------------------- Ok slightly more urgent as pipes are split therefore water leaking out onto floor, also how the radiator has fallen, I'm unable to use bath or toilet very well as laying in front of it!
