Customer description

We are looking for various improvement works to be done in several rooms of our 4 bed semi-detached house (1900). The property will remain occupied and It will include:

Living Dining Room: - Replaster ceiling over artex - Repairs to wall plaster where needed - Blocking off one doorway & making good - Hanging one new door (with possible re-framing if necessary) - Laying a new laminate floor - Fitting new skirting - Paint walls and ceiling

Hall Stairs & Landing: - Replaster ceilings over artex - Repairs to wall plaster where needed - Making good blocked doorway with plaster - Hang 5 new doors upstairs (with possible re-framing) - Fitting new skirting - Paint walls and ceiling

Kitchen - Replaster ceiling over artex - Make good coving - Paint walls and ceiling

Utility Room - Replaster ceiling over artex & repaint

Bedroom 1 - Replaster ceiling over artex - Laying a new laminate floor - Fitting new skirting - Paint walls and ceiling - Replastering of en suite toilet

Bedroom 2 - Replaster ceiling over artex & repaint

We are looking for quotes initially and then to have this done over the next 2-3 months, although we can accommodate longer timescale too if it means getting the right people. If you can do it sooner - even better!

We may split the work into packages for specialist trades if we cannot find anyone who can do it all to a good standard.

We will want to see good references too please!
