Lay 100mm concrete floor to 2 rooms to raise floor height nothing to dig out as floors are already low.

Will require levelling with mot, then sand and DPM, then lay floors 1 room is 4.5 x 4.9, the second room is 4.5 x 5 metres both rooms will be completely empty with clear floors easy access through front and rear doors will also require a new front and back step to match the height of the new floor
