Had two reports completed, reccommended DPC around house and timbers treated.

Bricks will be bare upto 1.2m all around ground floor so job is purely the treatment and subsequent special plaster plus timbers treated.

House is a standard sized 1900 3 bed mid terrace in Baffins, Portsmouth consisting of kitchen, 2 reception rooms, downstairs WC and hallway.
